Tracy has over fifteen years of experience producing events for the non-profit, film, fashion, sports and corporate sectors. After spending several years managing high-profile events for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund in NYC, her ever-present need for adventure and travel prompted a dramatic life-change and move to Sydney, Australia. It was in Sydney that Tracy established her roots as a freelance event planner, working on an array of projects from runway shows with Miranda Kerr to halftime entertainment productions for The National Rugby League.
After returning to the states in 2010, Tracy continued to grow her client list and founded Little Bird in conjunction with a move to the Bay Area in 2014. Working with clients including Accenture, Postman, Autism Science Foundation, Future Workplace, Wards Intelligence and Tribeca Film Festival, the firm continues to grow a strong bi-coastal presence producing regular events in New York, San Francisco and any number of cities in between. When she’s not busy producing memorable events for her clients, Tracy can be found chasing her three rambunctious children while devising the next great renovation project for her home.
Brianne Hellman has over a dozen years of event planning and communications experience in the areas of fashion, beauty, luxury, sports and corporate sponsorship. After graduating from Auburn University in 2002, she spent several years in healthcare Public Relations in Atlanta and shortly after moved to New York City to pursue her career in PR and Events. Landing a job at Swarovski, the Austrian crystal and jewelry company, she spent the next seven years creating event and media strategies for the company’s creative division and executing the brand’s high profile events around the CFDA Fashion Awards, Fashion Week, Design Miami and Oscar Week.
In 2012, Brianne made the change to freelance event planning and has since worked on a range of events for many brands including American Express, Gucci and Escada Fragrances, Forever 21, Future Workplace, H&M, iGlobal Forum, US Open and Tribeca Film Festival. Brianne is the lead East Coast-based event producer for Little Bird Events and resides in NYC with her husband, Daniel, and three children.
Megan Kuhlenschmidt is a New York City-based event producer. After graduating from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and spending a year on a bus tour managing a country band, she moved to Nashville and spent four years working as the artist relations/live events manager at Yamaha Entertainment Group. While at Yamaha, she got to dig into large scale productions and manage artist relations on concerts featuring performers like Elton John, Ben Folds, and Josh Groban, as well as plan and manage showcases, film screenings, product launches and press events.
Ready for a change of pace and to fully focus on event production, Megan moved to NYC in March 2016. Since then, she has worked on a variety of events ranging from music festivals to art shows and has joined the management team for sell out events like Pinknic Music & Wine Festival and the Great Gatsby Party. We’re thrilled to welcome Megan to Little Bird’s ever-growing team of talented event producers.
